Hello Grad Cafe, I am recently accepted to the Coulter BME Master's program at Georgia Tech and am looking forward to move to Atlanta during August This is a question for current GT attendees — do you have any housing recommendations? I am looking for an apartment less than 10 mins walking distance from the Northeast end of Campus (BME). Every apartment I've looked at around the Midtown area costs $1500 or more per person which is out of my budget. I would like recommendations for housing either to the East or to the North of Georgia Tech campus. What I'm looking for: - closeness to campus (<10 mins walk) - pet friendly (I have a medium sized cat) - apartment or townhouse or house, all ok - rent of $1000 ± $200 per person per month I am also looking for a roommate so hmu! I perfer a roommate who don't smoke and is relatively quiet. Let me know if you're down!
