Hey, I applied to most school psych programs in Canada (OISE, Calg, UBC, Western, Alberta, as well as two in the states) . I got an interview at every school except UofA, and was accepted to UBC, Western, Washington and waitlisted at OISE and Calgary. All this to say, it was my second year applying so I know the struggle, and am happy to share how I added to my application during this past year. I interviewed for this program last week and know someone else who applied for the program (diff PI) that did as well! I think interviews are very PI dependent.

How long do people usually have to accept an offer? I was waitlisted at a couple schools and I am curious how long most people have to accept!
