me too! mac was my first choice but i’m slightly conflicted with western now haha. i think my main deciding factors will be courses, the overall experience and location. i’m at mac for undergrad so ik a bit more about the program but not too much with western so im looking to connect and chat with people but i’ll prob accept mac! msg me so we can connect since we might be classmates🤭 congrats friend! -

my roomate got in uoft and mac! it seems mac emailed sometime in Feb to set up a grad portal account so look for that but she got an email at 12:25 saying a decision was made and to log in to the portal. We think mac is having some issues w ORPAS (we're here for undergrad tho so maybe thats why??)... but yea check for an email from SGS Admissions McMaster about a grad account -

anyone else get a jump scare from western? 😂 -
yea just ended a few mins ago. it was good I think! its only 5 questions and some had follow ups due to what I said and then at the end they asked me a question out of curiosity based on my application and responses! There was extra time at the end for questions for them but i glitched and said I didn't have any 😂

@J2022 @JayBb did anyone ask when we should expect to hear back? I was going to but got nervous at the end haha

out of province first time applicant, applied through equitable admissions. My ORPAS sGPA is 3.92 but dal is a 4.3 scale so I think I'm in between 4.0-4.1/4.3 I never actually calculated it. SLP experience: research (TBI, dysphagia and general ling), kids therapy camp, private clinic volunteering. 3 references from research profs. Current 4th year in BA Psych w minors in ling and health studies + some certificates. Some other extra-curriculars (TAing, mentoring, etc) -
just doing usual behavioural interview practice q's (tell me about a time when...)! might research more on eHealth. its only 20 mins and im pretty sure they just want to ensure we can actually secure internships so I think it'll be chill! at least its not an mmi (I did one of those and they're rlly scary LOL)

i think the average for interviews is around a 3.83-3.84. the cut-off might be like a 3.82 maybe? i do think its just a few points lower than last year. -

they should especially for schools that accept a CV and a statement of interest/purpose since you can talk about it and what you learned!
