But masters is only 2 years. Assuming he/she published for 3 years of undergrad - that means more than 2 papers per year;p There are profs who publish less;p

Let them do their job... Once the decision will be made you will be notified. They definitely have multiple rounds of acceptances...

as for cv - go to website of iccv or cvpr - look at who is organizing - then go to their website:) IMHO I think CMU is #1 (Kanade and others)
