I am a Fulbright ETA scholar (2011-2012) for Korea

I will like to apply for this scholarship in the next few years . So, I can wait it out with you just to see how the application process goes . If you don't mind me asking what exactly are your stats such as any prestigious fellowships or anything. Good Luck

Wow you're fluent in Chinese?! That's a great thing and an excellent accomplishment since Chinese is one of the toughest language to master lol. You speak fluent Cantonese or Mandarin? I hope I can learn Korean and become proficient . Are you planning on renewing your grant next year?

Yes I am going to Korea and there are 5 people I am friends with on facebook that are also going to Korea

@ Readtown I applied to TFA and Henry Luce and was NOT accepted. If you're not over 30 years old why don't you look at the Henry Luce Scholarship (hluce.org) and see if your school is a nominating institution. I applied to TFA, Luce, Fulbright and the Critical Language and I didn't have any back-up plans. I got rejected from TFA and Luce after I made it to the final round. But I was bless to get Fulbright and Critical Language Scholarship since both were a long shot. Now I am trying to prepare myself for a bigger scholarship now!! Also I wanted Phi Beta Kappa sooooo bad and was not nominated nor picked. I have higher credentials then all of the girls who were chosen but they failed to pick me. Was I disappointed? Yes. I thought that I was not competitive enough and I was missing something. But guess what? I was not missing anything they are actually missing a stellar person! It's their loss and not mine

Hmmm that will be cool to leave mid-July so I can hang out with m fam for the 4th of July. I still need to get a physical done . I called Rachel since Jonathan was not in his office and she told me it's not exactly 3 weeks but around 3 weeks I can't wait for my package and this feels so surreal I didn't even have a back-up plan neither. I applied to the Critical Language Scholarship and had to deny it because of Fulbright lol and if I like my stay in Korea I may do two years instead of one JP-89 what is your facebook name so me and rkd can add you
