Yes, I think having some DC experience and a chance to make some connections is pretty important if that is where you want to end up.

Yeah American isn't looking too good to me right now, I have heard about how bad their administration is and this just proves it. I'm still waiting!!

That's what I struggle with too, it looks great on paper, but the price is very high.

I don't know if you're interested in working in the nonprofit world, but I've been working for one in DC for the past 3 years and it's more about who you know and connections then where your degree came from. If you spend your time wisely in DC I don't see how you would be at a disadvantage, but that's just from a nonprofit standpoint, I don't know about government jobs.

Anyone know anything about the program or about Boston University department of IR in general? I just got accepted and am wondering what people think about it.

I just attended a chat room with staff from GSPIA today and they said we will hear about funding by April 1st.
