Hey Nimesis I guess most of us are done with the critical part of making the decision and are nearly certain which school to join !!! With Wagner' deadline of Apirl 15th already over..I guess , all those who intend to join...can raise their hands ... Count me in , I shall be joining Wagner' MPA :Health Policy and Management. Look forward to knowing more of you...we are going to be potential classmates ! And ya..there is a lot more to discuss yet..right from I20 processing to accomodation..phewwwwwwwwwwww..NYC is complicated and EXPENSIVE !!! Lets figure out things together....what say? Hey Mr Investment Banker.... ya, i have paid the $1000 fee..and so there is definitely no backing out for me now ( not that i was lookin for reasons to do that ..lol) you havnt yet..?? well i wud suggest do that...in case you are going with Wagner !! and hey am no lawyet ( i have been screaming too high for wagner though), Am actually a Dentist from India. SO where u from?

WHAT makes me say that the prospects are great...well its NYU , the name that sells, some awesome capstone programs plus the networking that the proffs here have is awesome..simply ! so If i take my course in the right mode, with some serious connection business on...i know it shall wok good !!! what do u do currently...?? so whats ur take for now..did you submit that $1000 fee, that we had to by the 15th? be well...and keep posting !!

Hi Erin, I am Dr.Gunjan from India and I am in the same dilemma as you . Yet to decide If i wanna go with NYU Wagner (tHOUgh most likely I shall), Like you my major concern is the Finance part of it ! Wagner shall cost me approx 30,000$ per annum !! phewwwwwwwwwww.. But i believe the benefits shall be enormous..Wagner has one of the best faculty, best guest faculty and probably very very reliable networking . So I really wish to go with it ! Hey all.. I am Dr.Gunjan Srivastava from India and had applied to MPA at Wagner !! Now the interesting story is, i havnt received ay confirmation yet via email or postal mai...but i have been receiving varios emails from the school as invitation to "admitted student events', it also says "congratulations once again on being admitted to robert f.wagner...." etc etc !! has any of you, aswell received such emails...I tried calling them and even mailed them, but havnnt received a reply yet !! ANXIOUS ANXIOUS !!!!!!!!!!

I received an email from W[agner admissions saying that I might have already been informed about mmy admission to Robert F wagner school and thatthe email is about the studenta ctivity happeneing onthe 31st march and 1st of april. While i had no idea abt my admission status, as i received no email or Postal mail...i havnt yet ! Now guys,I am big time confused....HAVE I ALREADY BEEN OFFERED AN ADMISSION?????????? What do you people think !!!!!!!!!

I've got the admission about Mar, 9 and got no $, also was asked to fulfill the PER. I'm a international student without work experience(not including 4 months internship). I got the MPA in health management. I was wondering how tough the course will be for me cuz english is not my first language and i have no work experience. I also got the USC MPP and the gave me 17,000 per year. Actually I was not expecting the NYU admission and I am more interested in policy analysis. If NYU costs 120K to get a degree that will be too expensive.. I hope to get employed in US after accomplishing my master to earn my tuition back. Is it very hard for an international student to get a job in US? What kind of job can they get? Thanks!!
