Just checked the CASH website. My LBJ fellowship is not shown on there.

Ok, I got my fellowship information in the mail today. (I live in San Antonio though, so not too far to get here from Austin.) I received $12,000 for the first year and $10,000 for the second year, and I am very happy with this.

Ok, nevermind, I looked again, and both pages in the envelope were just from UT in general. Looking at my acceptance e-mail again, it says this: "Within the next few weeks, you will receive official letters of admission from both The University of Texas Graduate School and the LBJ School of Public Affairs. The LBJ School letter will include the terms of your admission, instructions for confirming your intent to enroll, and announcement of any fellowships you may have been awarded. " Looks like the letter directly from the LBJ school will mention fellowships, and who knows when that might come.

Yeah, I just checked mine and it's pretty much the same. I don't know if fellowships would show up on there though, since that is just the financial aid through UT. I think the fellowships would actually come through LBJ and might not show up on the fin aid page right away. Did you receive a letter in the mail like I mentioned in my previous post? Anybody out there hear about fellowships??

Yeah, I got a letter in the mail yesterday basically just telling me I was accepted ( I was notified via e-mail on the 13th.) There was one letter from UT and then one letter from the LBJ school. There was no mention of fellowships or any mention that another letter would be coming soon if I had received one. I'm wondering if that was the letter that would have mentioned fellowships if I had received one. Any thoughts?

C_Dunn - I submitted the online application in October, my LORS were in by mid December, but my personal statement wasn't sent until the morning of Jan. 5th. Hope that helps and I wish you the best of luck!

Yeah, seriously! From last year's results page it looks like the first notifications came out over a span of 3 days. And yesterday they weren't sent at one time but all day throughout the day. So I'm sure the sending will resume Monday morning.

I just received an e-mail 30 minutes ago saying I got accepted for Global Policy! Guess they are trickling out throughout the day. Looks like I will be at UT this fall!!! Congrats to everyone else as well!

Congrats policy_applicant! I'm still waiting...... But glad to see someone else on here this morning!!

Ah!! I just looked up in Results and someone has posted as being accepted to the Global Policy program today!!

Whew! Glad to know I'm not the only one having grad school rejection nightmares! I was so positive I was going to hear from UT last week, and Friday night after a stressful day of checking my inbox every 5 minutes, I dreamt that I signed on to my status page, and that not only was I rejected, but there were these 6 different levels, and I was at the very lowest. Basically meaning that I was in the pool of the least qualified applicants! I ran out of my house crying and thought, "How will I ever find a job now in this economy since I won't be going to school in the fall?" It was pretty awful, and I was really relieved when I woke up. Even more relieved though when I signed on to my status page and nothing had changed!

I thought for sure we would hear something today! I can't take this wait much longer!!! The last two days have been pretty much unbearable.
