I don't think there is a ranking for EAS. Since it's an interdisciplinary field and involves many departments, I imagine it would be hard to come up with a unified standard. I get the impression that Duke is more Political Science oriented. Is that your interest?

No there was no email - I got the news via phone. It didn't sound like they notify people by email. If you are in the states, you should definitely check your mail box tomorrow!

Just got into RSEA Harvard. Yes! The department said they have mailed out the decisions by postal mail, which should arrive within this week. So keep checking your mail post, guys! Very happy and grateful.
