if you are working more in the company and having research at the best glance then company will appriciate you because company wants just devotion of work and as you said you have done research more than anyone in the company so hope good i think you will be satisfied with the work.

grades effects more. because it shows your extra efforts and your learning nature. and having grade at least 3+ is good and you can still say i m doing well but in our society of work we have to be more dependent on our workings too like our assignments, projects, thesis because it will directly effect. -

discussion session is no doubt a great style and in this type you will learn more so my opinion is just similar to mocha
