    I officially got the rejection from GSBS today!

    I had left voice mail to karen. I have not heard anything from them. It is just making me nervous that it might turn out into rejection. I had called admissions office and they said karen is busy with interviews.

    Is any one still waiting to hear from University of Houston, Graduate school of biomedical sciences? I have not hear back from them yet. I dont know if this getting close to rejection. I had been trying to email them couple of times and have not heard back from them yet.

    Hey, Had anyone heard of Albert Einstein School of Medicine, University of Texas health science center at San Antonio and University of Texas at Houston, MD anderson cancer center. I havent heard from them as of yet and it is making me nervous.

    I had been accepted at University of Iowa & LSU , Baton rogue . I am an international student and never had a chance to visit any of this university. My interests are in biological chemistry/ chemical biology / Medicinal Chemistry . I think university of Iowa has a strong program and my research interests overlaps quite nicely with few labs. University of iowa is offering around 18,000$ as TA and LSU is offering 22,500 $ as TA. I would like to have your suggestions and throw some light on making a choice, I am getting more inclines towards U of Iowa.

    Same here i had sent them mail long back. I havent heard from them so far about the video interview.

    Well i am suppose to have video interview but they haven't given me the dates yet for the interview. Do let me know how was your interview? if you have any advice/suggestions/ thoughts to share , it will be great.

    @ alexhll6 I was called for interview on 13-14 feb for on-site interview. However, I am taking video interview. I would love to know if some one appeared for the interview. when are you going for interview.?

    My interview dates are 2/13 - 2/14 for Structural - Chemical Biology and Molecular Design Track . However, i am in india and i cannot afford travelling all the way to New York for two days of interview. I had opted for Skype interview. All the best for your interview Alexhll6

    Hi XXX , I am an international student and got invited for interview at mount sinai .I am into Medicinal Chemistry and chemical biology, I would like to know more about the reputation of graduate school at Mount sinai ( i am applying to structual -chemical biology and molecular design), and how was your interview like..?

    Hi ! I got the invitation for interview from Mount Sinai but i will be taking skype interview as i am overseas student. I had applied for structural and chemical biology track. All the best.
