Does anyone know if Rutgers has already made their offers? Do they usually do interviews?

I'm still waiting to hear from CUNY, Columbia and Rutgers (all cultural). I'm wondering if spots have already been offered and I'm just waiting for a rejection at this point or if I should still hold out hope? Are any of these programs doing interviews? Thanks!
