Thanks! I am happy with the UCSD admission- seems like a really great place and I am excited to work with the faculty. I dunno what is taking so long for Berkeley to send out a response- I am ready to finalize everything, but looks like we are all in the same boat! Best of luck

Thanks! I feel the same way- I just want to see it in writing! I have only had one acceptance to UCSD and they told me I have until April 15th to respond--but this whole process has been so uneasy that I have developed a fear that they will decide to take it back if I don't tell them something soon!

Its been a week and I still haven't gotten a reply from my email to Berkeley. I noticed two Med anth students posted acceptance this week- what's going on over there?! I'm sociocultural--bracing for rejection, but would very much like to know already so I can move on!!

Still waiting to hear from Berkeley! Emboldened by my acceptance to UCSD, I sent Ned an email last week--totally expecting a rejection, just say it already!!

Just got a mass email to check my application status for UT Austin- denied!

I was told the department didn't have any funding this year- I'm sure someone got a package? However, not me- they have been very helpful in assuring me that I will find steady work as a TA outside of the program, somewhat assuring!

Same for me- email from the Dean (with individualized names). I was sent to the application sight to download forms, etc. Probably going here, even if I hear from my other picks, the faculty is right-on for me... very excited!

Anyone heard from UT Austin? Radio silence on the "Results Survey"....I have been in touch with UCSD-will be sending out official acceptances probably next week, in case you're interested....
