Has anyone who has not received an offer of admission to the University of Toronto, receive an e-mail from them about being wait-listed or rejected? I called the department three times this morning and no one picked up. I just e-mailed them now, so I hope I get a response soon.

Hey guys! I called University of Alberta this morning. The administrative assistant gave me the same information as she gave dlau27. She confirmed that they still haven't filled their quota yet. She also said those who will be offered admission will be notified through a phone call followed up by an e-mail. Those who are waitlisted/rejected will be notified later. I'm not sure where I stand with Alberta ... my gpa, research work, and volunteer experiences are great, but I can't say too much about my GRE score spascoe, I know for sure that we'll receive an e-mail on April 2 from each of the schools (not directly from ORPAS, but from the schools themselves). We'll be notified on that day whether we are accepted, waitlisted or rejected, so we'll know right from the get-go. Thanks leah04! You're right though.. it is extremely difficult for individuals not from the maritime provinces to get accepted to Dal (let alone make it off of the waitlist). I was pretty bummed when they never called me, so I am hoping that something will work out this year instead .. And congrats to LingCal on your acceptances! You give us some hope I'm getting really anxious too! I just want to know at this point. Good luck everyone!

Hey guys! I applied to Dal's SLP program last year and was placed on the waitlist. I received my letter around the 3rd or 4th week of April (I'm from Ontario). This year, I applied to Alberta, Western, and Toronto. Has anyone heard back from Alberta? Best of luck to all of us!
