Thanks! U of T is my first choice so I'm definitely going there. I didn't receive advanced standing either and I also have a undergrad degree in architecture. Being in 1st year is also beneficial because you are learning with all other new students and adapting to the environment together instead of being completely clueless in 2nd year classes. It would be nice to replace some 1st year history and theory courses with 2nd year electives.

HEY GUY!!!! I JUST received my acceptance letter in the mail!!! It's a 11x17 envelope!! For those who has "decision made" as their status, I think you guys are IN! Just wait for the mail!!!!! GOOD LUCK EVERYONE! Hope to see all of you in September!!

I hope you are correct! I really want to go to U of T. There has to be a reason why our statuses changed while others' didnt.

According to posts/results from previous years on this forum, some people received an email first then an official letter 1 -2 weeks after. However, some others didn't receive any email notification before the official letter arrived. So I have no idea what's going on.

Early this week? I know at least three people have received email acceptance on March 24. This means two rounds of offers have already gone out!!!!

nope nothing yet! I'm applying to architecture and I heard that someone was rejected a few weeks ago. I called the graduate office and they said you will receive an email if you are rejected or mail if you are accepted.

I'm applying to masters of architecture. I emailed my department specifically. I also called the department on Monday and they just told me to wait for 2-3 more weeks without revealing further information. I don't know any professor in the program so I don't know who to contact.

My status changed to "decision made" on Monday but I haven't heard anything from them. I emailed and called them on Monday. I finally received a email response today and this is what they wrote: Thank your your inquiry. For reasons of security we DO NOT respond by email to individual questions concerning current applications for admission. Our admission process is proceeding and you will be notified by mail. Mailings have started and at the latest you will receive notification by the end of April. Please check your status on the School of Graduate Studies Online Admissions site. If your application has been moved to decision made, you should receive your information package shortly. Does this mean there's still hope?!?! A few people received an official email acceptance one week after the status has changed to "decision made" while others are in the same boat as me. Some people's statuses are still "under review".

To be honest, I rather have application "under review" than "decision made" and not knowing the decision. This means I have no second chance and I'm either accepted or rejection. I wouldn't even be consider for 2nd or 3rd rounds of offers in April.

My online status has changed from "under review" to "decision made" yesterday. However, I did not receive any email or mail about the decision. I called the school and they told me that I will hear back in 2-3 weeks. I told them that some people have received acceptance notification through email 2-3 days ago. All they said was everyone's situation is different and don't take it as a negative thing. I don't know if this means rejection or not. I know some people's statuses are still "under review". I'm starting to go crazy!!!!!!!!
