Does anyone have the actual e-mail address to accept the award. When I try to e-mail them form the award holder's guide information page I keep getting an error. Is it the fellowships@sshrc-crsh.gc.ca ?

I heard from the Research and Scholarly Activity Office which helped us prepare for the SSHRC application. Our Uni doesn't have a graduate department yet, it is fairly new. Do you have a contact for the SSHRC representative at your school?

Hey Spinrah, I just got an e-mail from my university telling me that I was successful, perhaps you should try and contact the university you applied through. I am also in BC and from what I understand they have a website which notifies them when their applicants are chosen. It might be worth a shot? Good luck!!

Help! I just called my school saying the results were out according to the forum. The director checked while I was on the phone and said there was only one award from our school but that all the awards might not be posted yet. Do you know if the schools get the names of the awards that have been awarded before we get the letters, and whether the awards are all posted at once. From her voice on the phone I am worried that I wasn't the one who got one, and our school had 6 allocations! Yikes, I thought it was just a rubber stamp process!

Thanks for this thread guys. It is nice to know I'm not the only one feeling extremely frustrated and nervous over the extra long wait. Last year SSHRC students at my school heard by May 6th, and then the post about Mid-May, and now maybe June?? I have to start paying fees and registering in classes, and I have no idea if I can afford to go!
