Official Answer from RPI

I am an international student and in the begging of February I got an answer from a Professor at RPI saying she had read my application and was interested in admitting me as a PhD student at RPI Biomedical Engineering Program. I replied thanking her and said I would be really interested in being admitted at RPI and working on her lab. She mentioned that we should Skype sometime but never answered me back. I haven't heard any official Answer from RPI yet. Should I give up hope? Did I just get ghosted from a potential advisor?
