GRE MATH Subject Test Score

I was wondering how much weight does having a decent GRE Math Subject Test has on an application. If so, what should the target range be for domestic/international students?

I know there are some places (Duke in particular) that don’t look at subject GRE so it wouldn’t matter if the program doesn’t look at it.  Also at programs outside of the top tier it doesn’t really matter for a domestic applicant to have a Math GRE score if there application is otherwise strong.   I don’t think there is a generic answer.  It would depend on the rest of your application(math grades, research experience, domestic vs International, undergraduate institutions).  What are your stats and where do you want to apply?
