I would suggest calling them on Monday morning -- if you were accepted, you have to tell them on April 15th if you're going, so I can't imagine that they've held back any notifications at this point. I emailed the director of graduate admissions (NOT the DGS) three days ago and haven't heard back. I e-mailed the AH program director and got a response a day or two later. I got a rejection from Berkeley a couple of weeks ago. It was an email directing me to the online application system.
