Not sure whether this is a sound question for the forum, but nevertheless:
I am currently a junior at BU studying Math&Philosophy and since last year has been vehemently trying to do my best to prepare in any way to apply for the Pure and Applied Logic program at CMU. The problem is, even with e-mailing some of the students and faculty, a lot of the people don't have specific recommendations.
If anybody is familiar with the program: what kind of training do they usually require from the applicants to get in? Would extremely appreciate advise from whomever applied there right from BA, since I do not think I can bear the financial burden.
