Can you send your applications even though it's not completed

I saw it takes time for grades to be verified by the CSDCAS. So would it be fine to send it without the documents like resume SOP?

When I applied last year, I sent mine in without my official transcript and LORs. I would say send it with as much completed as you possibly can. But if it something that takes time, it should be fine. It didn't affect my acceptances.

I could be mistaken, but I thought that certain sections (e.g., materials for that specific program) became read-only once you submitted the application for that program.

eta: I checked with CSDCAS, and they confirmed that essays would need to be uploaded before that specific program can be submitted.

Yeah, that's a separate deal. They send an email link to your references, who can send it in whenever.
