I'm assuming when they say 2 pages they mean double spaced, but my current draft of my SOP is three pages double spaced so that could easily become 1.5 pages single spaced without cutting anything out. samiamslp Posted December 23, 2018 Share Posted December 23, 2018 My understanding is that as a general rule the statement of purpose is supposed to be one page single-spaced or two pages double-spaced.
