How to remind a professor without being annoying

Hey all,

 

So I've applied for the Fall 2019 semester to a number of schools. By and large things are pretty good. The one thing that is not good is a letter of recommendation to one of my schools. 

One of my professors has submitted a recommendation letter to my first choice application, but not for my second. I sent him both of the recommendation requests in early January and have sent two of the electronic reminders. My application for this school says it is "under review" but I'm still missing that Rec letter. I'm really trying not to pull my hair out from anxiety or be annoying but I really need this letter in or I'm screwed. Do y'all have any recommendations?

Mail the professor personally and let him/her know that the deadline is approaching and the recommendation is required urgently.
