Hi y’all thought I would start this thread for anyone looking for connection, commiseration, or otherwise as we wait for admissions results.

NYU, PhD, Sociology of Education

 

I have my MEd. in Higher Education Administration & Student Affairs from a top ten school of education. Have researched on two projects within one center, for one year. Completed a year-long masters thesis. Currently work in student affairs in the diversity office at a public university. 
 

3 pubs in progress. 7 conferences/invited panels.

LOR: 3 faculty from Masters program

GRE: V 157, Q 145, W 4.5

Masters GPA: 3.94

UG GPA: 3.3
