Expand There’s nothing like grant announcements time to make us all read way too much into the last five years of academic Twitter. I briefly thought this morning “oh, I got the rejection from the Banting on the first Thursday in February last year, so maybe I’ll hear something today” before realizing that was not a logical way to think about anything (or get any work done today).
