StructIntern Posted December 2, 2020 Posted December 2, 2020 I want to start this thread to get ready for the tax season in April next year. The federal government is rolling out additional tax credits for anyone working from home (either forced or voluntary). It seems like the T2200 form does not apply to graduate students who were told by the university to work remotely this year and into next year as well. Has anyone received information regarding the eligibility to claim expenses of working from home due to university policies ? The latest I've heard is the $400 deduction everyone can claim without extensive back up and proofs.
