How many schools did you apply to?

What was the total that your application fees came to?

Applied to ten schools. It was too many. I would apply to 6 or 7 if I did it again. I spent around 800 total.

I applied to 7. It wasn't the application fees that killed me, it was the transcripts to every school, sometimes requiring 2 copies.

7 was just about right.

I applied to 6 schools in Canada and the US. By the time I paid all the fees and took the GRE I was out about 800 dollars. It was my first time looking at grad school and i found that the application process helped me refine what I want to do.
