I received the honorable mention email, but my portal still says Start (no mention of HM). Are the other HM's seeing this too?

Yes. Guess we will see how the waitlist goes and they will notify us at time goes on. I imagine it is a pretty small chance to get in off the waitlist so we will see what happens

Usually it takes a week after acceptances are sent out (that's how it was last year)

Wow, I really feel so personally valued and considered by the NDSEG process, how wonderful of them.

I guess they realized the error because they sent another one where the script is actually working (or maybe they manually added names this time) ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Just posting here that I am declining the award for those next year who want to know if anyone actually declines it.

The waitlist is not a dead end! Just got an email saying I received the award! Very excited

I also got in off the waitlist a week or two ago! So there is definitely hope if you get placed on it. 

Also, has anyone contacted the NDSEG fellow administrators? I emailed them through the NDSEGfellow specific email and never got a response.
