For people who accepted their offers from NPSIA, are there any Facebook/discord groups for incoming students?

I’m trying to understand how admission for these programs works, specifically, for Munk. Are there 2 rounds of offers for all programs like the first one, then a waitlist is created, then based on the amount of people who decline their first offer the second round is offered to people on the waitlist or am I missing something?
