Do multiple I-20s mean multiple SEVIS IDs? If yes, how to approach the Visa process for F1 incase I've multiple I-20s?

Please let me what to do while approaching Visa Process if one has multiple I-20s.
I am in this situation because one of my uni gave me a deadline of Jan 15 to pay the deposit and has issued me an I-20.
Now, I have admit from a better school and have applied for their I-20.

Do I need to tell my new university that I have already issued I-20 from a previous university?
Please guide me.

Yes, you have to notify the school. It doesn't mean that you have multiple SEVID ID. You are only allowed to have one I-20 at a time. Talk to your schools.
