Guyz can you help me out with the list i have prepared to apply for FALL 2011 , Please comment on the college that i have good chances of acceptance so that i can shortlist them to 6 .

I'm not a CS guy, so I can't help you, but I think you should provide more information for anyone to help you out. You've just provided a list of universities and some stats. What you need to consider to shorten your list is what areas of CS you are interested in, and which schools have professors that work in those areas.

Sure , I am looking forward for spl. in Artificial Intelligence and my second spl. would be Pervasive/Mobile Computing. I would like to filter them based on funding scenario and the job opportunity. Like i find the fee to be Nominal in Suny but i fear the NY has a very high living cost . so i kinda need to filter some of them.

Neither of the SUNYs are near NYC (both are about an hour and a half or more train ride from the city) and while the cost of living is higher, its not like NYC at all. Stony Brook has a GREAT campus and a good reputation in the area. Being close to NYC also gives you a lot of networking opportunities. I don't know about CS but most of their science programs are good.
