Just hope I get thru with funding.

Well... people are viewing bcos they think there's somebody (you) who got through Berkeley ! and that there are more people have got thru too .. considering that there are 2 replies ( 3 now !)

But .. as soon as they see that you're only enquiring .. and that they themselves (mostly) haven't got thru (very low acceptance rate you see) ... they don't reply

I .. on my part .. am waiting to hear from them too

a few of my friends were accepted first week after applications were due,

I am still waiting on mine.

results page shows people rejected by now, so i figure i'm on waiting list or will get something sad in the mail.

I applied for an MS, still havent heard anything from them either, eventhough they said by end of March. Probably next week.

Is there any possiblilty the ME dept still hold some spots? I noticed that someone@gradcafe called the dept and reported that all the rejections will be sent out this week?
