I have 2 years experience in ICE with 2 publications in a conference + 6 months experience in experimental heat transfer with one submitted Journal publication. the fellowships are sent recently. No wonder u got a fellowship About me: No international Publication 2 patents filed 2.5 yrs Exp in R&D of a Two wheeler manufacturer in india in Hybrid Electric Vehicle design and design of Electronically controlled CVT... Now doing research in 2-stroke scavenging to improve scavenging efficiency...

I will probably go to UMich with 5 years fellowship. too bad :cry: When did you hear from Stanford? I think you applied for MS. I think you should send email to proffesors and ask about available RA positions but I think it is too late. UMich is fine

New Opening positions will be found at the end of summer which is too late for VISA. In your country, is it difficult too? ( I mean, Getting VISA for Admission without fund is hard ) What about other admissions with fund? All of them will be accepted easily?
