Updated application status?

I'm just wondering if anyone else is freaking out about updated application statuses? In particular, for Northwestern...the online application status page still says they haven't received my transcripts, although most every other school I applied to has. I know it takes a while for it to be uploaded, but it's taking a really long time!

Yea, it happens. One of my school says they still don't have my GRE, while all other schools got it almost 3 weeks ago. Some schools are really slow at processing documents. And December is the month of application overloads, so I wouldn't worry much.

I used the little message center inside the application status for Northwestern, and inquired about my transcripts, and they updated it the next day...

Yeah Northwesterns system seems weird. It lists the three schools I'm having send transcripts, but it says they've received 4, 3 coming from one institution, which doesn't even make sense. I keep wondering how long I should wait until I send an email or something.

If your deadline has passed, I would go ahead and send a message through the message center. They got back to me within a couple days.

Mine reached them a couple of days ago because they were closed and the courier could not get in. Anyhow, some of my materials are to be sent online. I sent those the same day my transcripts and LORs were delivered. So now they have whatever I sent by email as well as the GRE score but I'm still waiting for them to update their status on the transcripts and LORs. I'm pretty sure everything was delivered to the right place though... or not

McGill was closed from December 22 - January 3rd, so there will obviously be a bit of a lag there. I see my application is updated on Minerva.

<br><br>I'm applying to McGill as well, but Minerva still says they haven't received/processed my documents or letters yet - I sent in my documents by courier as well but it had to be delivered on Jan 4 because McGill was closed for the holidays. I'm guess the period they were closed for is the reason for the delay, or perhaps they just take a while to update Minerva. <br>

I am having a similar troubles with MIT Sloan PhD, and when I call/e-mail to check they very quickly tell me not to approach them for application statuses :-/ They STILL show my application as incomplete (submitted 7th Dec or so), think they are missing TOEFL scores. Anyone else with the same issue?

Had this problem with official transcripts for Wisconsin. Their website says it can take up to a month after they receive something for it to show up in the system. I sent my transcripts in late November, and they didn't post until a week or two ago.
