There was a spreadsheet a few years that showed correlation between the number/date of updates that applicants received and their likelihood of receiving the award. Nada on my end for today though.

No update for Mat Sci ARL, my last update was 1/28. I suspect that for those with the 1/28 update is that they did not move onto the panel review, but for those who got the 1/31 they moved on.. just my take tho given the trends of this thread

I'm ARO Biosciences, but my last update before the one I got today was 1/28. I think we're all reading tea leaves.

Materials ARO got an update today 3/18, last one was on 1/31!

Based on previous year's data, it seems that those of us who didn't get an update today have only a slim chance of getting selected. It seems that the first March updates were on 3/15,17, and 23 before. There could be one more day where people receive a first march update *if it follows previous trends* which so far it has. All people who marked as being "selected" previously received march updates.

You're application could be passed to agencies you did not list. I believe 3/13 was for ONR, 3/18 ARO, and next one will be the remaining (AFRL?).

I think so too. My last update was 1/28 and I applied for chemistry.

Possible, updates could even be different based on year of applicant.
