Urban Planning: McGill MUP vs UPenn MCP?

Hi! I'm looking for some advice pretty last minute - I've got less than 3 days to make my decision on where to commit! I'm usually not the kind of person to leave things to the very last minute, but I've been having a very hard time deciding which program to pick.

I've made a spreadsheet trying to compare the two schools but it really is comparing apples to oranges. I guess I'm just looking for any new insight into these two programs/schools in hopes that it might tip the scales for me, if possible.

A short summary of factors I've considered thus far:

• UPenn gave me a small scholarship but McGill would still be way cheaper (tuition and cost of living wise)
• McGill's MUP program has a much smaller cohort (and therefore smaller alumni network) than UPenn
• I'm interested in sustainability and public transit, and both schools seem to have GIS coursework (to my understanding)

I'd be grateful for any advice/insight/thoughts!
