(PhD Application) Support and funding from potential supervisor. Anxious for official acceptance.

Hi everyone  .

I recently submitted my application to UPF. I interviewed with a prof there, and she said that she would like to support my application with a grant, so my application included a formal letter with her support. My application package has been "validated" by the administration, but I'm waiting on a final acceptance which comes out in a couple of weeks. The waiting is killing me haha.

Has anyone had similar experiences? If so, what is your story and what was the outcome? I find myself ruminating to determine the chances I get in unfortunately.
