Got an invite to the open house at Boston University last week, though it didn't officially say accepted anywhere it did say they were preparing an aid package. I am going crazy waiting, I won't be too crushed if I am rejected, but I just want to KNOW! I am also waiting on CMU and Princeton... anyone heard back from those schools yet? I was also offered a partial fellowship in addition to an assitantship... good times... now if only MIT chooses to be half as nice to me I will be on cloud 9 ! Trying to crack the MIT email notification logic, perhaps If the MIT open house is relatively soon, it seems logical that they would notify accepted ppl ASAP so they can make travel arrangements... My hunch is that if one is an international applicant and he received no contact from them yet (I also belong to this category..) then the answer is probably a negative one... (and we have a similar name) The raw list also showed that CMU CS started sending out acceptances. I applied for their CALD program.... Come on CMU, show me the good stuff!!
