Iam applying for MS in Computer science FALL 2012 specialization: databases,networking,computer architecture

GRE Q-800 V-640

CGPA 9.4/10

project on web design

no papers,publication till now

are there any chances of getting aid in purdue,UFL,UIUC,NCSU,NC chapel hill,Wisconsin?

could anyone suggest good/medium universities in CS.funding is very important for me..and how to increase chances of getting aid TA/RA?in my fourth year..so i may do more projects,papers..

I would try applying to high reach schools too. Like cornell and Georgia tech
