mj53 Posted September 5, 2011 Posted September 5, 2011 Would this be frowned upon to mention holding a degree in Finance as well as Psychology? I feel the background in math (more importantly the statistics courses I've taken) would be relevant but Im not sure how schools would react to having a degree that's very diverse from the field of Psychology. Im not planning on talking about it much at all. Right now I just sort of have it casually slipped in to my SOPs that I graduated with both. And then on the actual application I was planning on putting it as well. Good idea or bad idea?
neuropsych76 Posted September 6, 2011 Posted September 6, 2011 I think briefly mentioning it is fine, especially if you say how the statistics classes helped you in psychology some way If you can someone tie it in to your research interest that would be ideal
