jilly11 Posted November 1, 2011 Posted November 1, 2011 Hi all, According to ETS my scores should be sent my Dec 1st (I'm taking the test on Nov 10th) but since I'm in Australia do you think it will take longer to send the scores? I imagine its all done electronically so hopefully not? Thanks!
contretemps Posted November 4, 2011 Posted November 4, 2011 According to the GRE Website, scores will be sent from New Jersey so I think it would be fast. And I don't know if you're affected but the scores for the revised test is now being released earlier than expected.
ejmday Posted November 13, 2011 Posted November 13, 2011 I took the GRE in Melbourne, Australia in September. I was affected by the delayed reporting schedules - but I was still able to access my scores online before I received the letter. If you are worried about application deadlines, ETS will send scores straight through to universities. Also, many uni applications allow you to self-report scores if the verified numbers are already on their way. Good luck.
jilly11 Posted November 14, 2011 Author Posted November 14, 2011 Hi Ejmday, After the main test the ETS software let me select 4 schools to send my scores to - I think thats about the fastest way to do it, right? Thanks! Jily
ejmday Posted November 15, 2011 Posted November 15, 2011 Yep. Once your scores are released, you can go online (using your "MyGRE Account") and ask for additional score reports to be sent to other universities. There is a fee associated with this.
kolja00 Posted November 15, 2011 Posted November 15, 2011 ETS electronically reports the test scores to schools, which makes it weird that it costs 24 bucks for each school. They actually don't send them in the mail from what I hear.
