It's on Dwight, yes. We fell in love with it. We got to see a few really good options, along Park, Dwight, and Howe Streets. Would you mind forwarding the details of your landlord, since you say they also have several other properties? One never knows when these things come in useful. Hopefully, we'll get at least one of our top three choices approved, and then it'll be a big load off my mind. All the agencies we spoke with seemed very lenient/flexible regarding proof of income and what not--I figured as much, since they deal regularly with graduate student-types.

Hi all,

Anyone on here looking for a roommate? I'm 26, male, and starting a history/theory program at the archiecture school in August. I feel like I've started the hunt a little bit late, but would love to talk with anyone else looking for a roommate. I'm aiming for something cheaper and am open to different areas, etc.

Hey guys. I had a question regarding housing I was hoping you could answer. How realistic is it to find an apartment with a lease starting in September 1st, preferably in East Rock? I am planning to stay with a friend for a few weeks in August while I find an apartment, I'm just wondering if a September lease is realistic.

I haven't been online to check listings in a while, but I imagine there will be a few 9/1 apartments listed in August. To be on the safe side, though, I would begin searching now for anything coming available September 1st and just have your friend tour any listings that interest you. That's how I found my August 1st lease.

Cheers

Hey guys,

Is anyone here looking for a roommate? I'm an incoming architecture grad student. I'm 23, female. I'd prefer a place close to the architecture school; apart from that I'm flexible with pretty much everything.

Hey all,

I wanted to check in to see how we're doing. I presume most of you are on the GSAS Facebook group? If not, get moving! Also, are any of you in touch with your departments/POIs? Have you met your cohort-mates?

It's suddenly dawning on me that this is the last week of June. Five more weeks...and then I quit NYC for New Haven
