Timshel Posted February 15, 2012 Posted February 15, 2012 No letter again today. Status on the website still says "under review." Don't know what those facts mean, but it is nice finally to be happy about NOT receiving a letter. Me either. However, if you look at the results from buffalo over the last couple of years, the are notorious for not sending rejections out until as late as late March early April. Some people stated that they never got a rejection, but instead had to call to get it. I'm counting this one as a loss and moving on with my life.
capacity4wonder Posted February 16, 2012 Posted February 16, 2012 Timshel, you were right. I emailed Sophia Canavos, and she was kind enough to copy/paste my rejection letter (which was apparently dated Feb 6). Good luck to all of you who were able to apply to multiple places! Hope to see some of you next year.

Julianne Pigoon Posted February 16, 2012 Posted February 16, 2012 I'm sorry Timshel and capacity4wonder. I was really rooting for you guys. I'll be back here posting my MA rejection soon enough, I'm sure. Chin up, broskis.
perrykm2 Posted February 16, 2012 Posted February 16, 2012 An unfunded MA feels like a rejection to me. I don't even want it.
fedupofthewait Posted February 16, 2012 Author Posted February 16, 2012 Emailed Sophia after seeing all fo you do it....got my rejection letter ...Well, at least I know now. I was prepared for this one.
Timshel Posted February 16, 2012 Posted February 16, 2012 I think I'll pass on soliciting my rejection. I'll just assume and move on. I'd rather live in California, anyway.
