I'm no expert (since I'm applying to these programs myself this year) but from what I've heard, GT's program is very strong, especially if you're interested in policy/politics/working in a think tank. apsuwa Posted March 12, 2009 Share Posted March 12, 2009 russian studies is a quite broad area and the programs are so diverse that i highly doubt they are comparable. that being said, georgetown's CERES should be among the best Russian programs.
