Should I send GRE to schools that don't require?

Hi, I got average scores in GRE General.

V 152 (53%) Q 155 (64%) and AW 3.5 (30%)

I have a GPA of 3.7 and I'm an international (non-native in English) student applying to MA in Educational Technology.

Should I report my scores to the schools that don't require GRE to support my GPA, or do my scores hurt my application?

Don't ask, don't tell. Nevermind that you are paying for every one past the initial four.

I don't think it would hurt your application, but like someone else said I wouldn't send them if they do not require them. Not only is it more paperwork for them but you will just be wasting money.

I would not send them in this case; really, if they are not required, I would only send them if they were in the 90th percentile or above.

I would if your scores are good to stellar. Don't be offended when I say this, but your scores are pretty average, so I'm not sure they'd help you in a program where it's not required. Plus, you're fattening the ETS money machine.
