Obviously, the newer the better, but I've noticed some journals reviewing books that were published 3 or 4 years prior. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
rising_star Posted May 2, 2013 Share Posted May 2, 2013 Often it takes a year or so for the review to actually appear in print. If you're going to review a book, you should pick something that's been published in the last 12 months max, and 6 months would be better. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
