smartypants14 Posted October 27, 2013 Posted October 27, 2013 does anyone have any information on the program at SFSU? Do you know if the school makes us choose a track to go into? Or do we get both options?
lululuna Posted November 8, 2013 Posted November 8, 2013 Hey there! I was wondering the same thing, their website is pretty vague...
hopefulspeechie16 Posted July 12, 2014 Posted July 12, 2014 Does anyone have any input of SFSU? Like is it more school based or medical?
Chandru1 Posted July 15, 2014 Posted July 15, 2014 I know they used to offer the extended credential where you could teach a class of kids with language delays. Maybe that means they're more school focused? I walked around the school a few months back and talked to the program secretary. I didn't get much since they don't take out of field applicants, but I think the program is quite nice (of course, I'm in love with SF itself).
kumapanda Posted July 21, 2014 Posted July 21, 2014 (edited) SFSU looks like a nice program. I don't know if anyone saw it, but I believe they have specialized programs for autism and AAC? My parents have tried to discourage me from applying there because of living cost (SF IS expensive). In all fairness, it's still cheaper than going to an out of state school sadly enough. Chandru1 Posted July 22, 2014 Posted July 22, 2014 If I got in there, I'd prob live in a far area of sf like the outer sunset or Daly City. But WAY too premature lol.
