Problem signing in with GRE account

Hi everyone

 

I had no problem signing into my GRE account a couple days ago. Suddenly, each time I sign in it says "We Need More Information About You" and is making me fill out all the info I filled in when i created the account and wants to make a new account for me! But i've had this one for a year!! I'm trying to contact the ETS but they are very busy and I desperately need to order additional scores, so thought I;d check here if anyone has ever faced this problem and has any tips for me?

 

My TOEFL account is working just fine!

Thank goodness! I thought this was just me! I am glad to hear someone else is experiencing this too. It makes me think that it is a bug that should get fixed pretty soon.

Thank you for your replies, iphi and dvfire. Turns out they were doing maintenance and i can access my account now! Hope you guys can access yours too!
