No Transitory
I just hit the submit button on the last Ph.D. application - for this year at least, still not sure about one program with a January 15 deadline. It still feels a bit surreal and I not sure I am going to realize what this all means until the decisions arrive, or probably until the programs start. Just wanted to congratulate everybody also finishing their applications today and buoy up those still working on their apps for January 15! Good luck to you all and I'm looking forward to hearing about your admissions and decisions!
tspier2
Congratulations! Where did you apply?
Maleficent999
I've got either 1 or 2 left with 1/15 deadlines (I'll apply to 2 if I get a fee waiver for either one of them). I don't know what I'm going to do with my life for the next 2 months.
No Transitory
Congratulations! Where did you apply? Well, the last application I submitted was to Northwestern (and I'v added the rest as a signature, thanks for asking ) - there were three seperate statements and I wanted to make sure I submitted the best statements I could produce. Will see if it was worth it.
No Transitory
I've got either 1 or 2 left with 1/15 deadlines (I'll apply to 2 if I get a fee waiver for either one of them). I don't know what I'm going to do with my life for the next 2 months. Luckly, I was never able for a fee waiver anywhere so I'll have to prepare one more tops - if I decide to do it. I've got tons of things to do in the coming months so hopefully I'll be able to take my mind of the apps running in the background and hopefully I'll be done with things as soon as the decisions are made. Maleficent999
I work full-time and I live with my boyfriend so I guess that is pretty time consuming. Still weird to think I won't be able to use, "I have to work on applications..." as an excuse not to be social anymore. lol socdecaf33
jacib
I don't know what I'm going to do with my life for the next 2 months. Live it up! You've been in an application bubble for the last X months, and you're going to be in a grad school bubble for the next Y years so now, in the last two months where graduate school does not exert some control over your life, live it up! SocInTheCity
I finished about the same time. Decided I didn't want to agonize for the January deadlines and that I was comfortable with my materials. So I've been done for exactly a month.... And I anticipate hearing back from my first schools within a month. I just want to hear SOMETHING back at this point. Ha ha. Good luck!
