Sortilege
Anyone know how much interim grades matter for grad school admissions? I'm a senior undergraduate applying for a Ph.D for next year. I'm stressing about finals and concerned that my grades might not be as high as the last few semesters (I'm not failing my classes, just not doing quite as well as usual). None of my schools will see these grades unless they want them at the interview (since I already sent transcripts). Does anyone know how much grades matter at that point? perfectionist
Some of the schools that I applied to said that you are supposed to send them an updated unofficial transcript at the end of the semester. You should check with your schools.

I think they'd only matter if 1) you fail major classes or 2) you're on a wait list of some sort. If they don't require interim reports, I just wouldn't send them or mention them if you don't think it will help you.
microarray
I really doubt they'd want to see them at the interview. As long as you don't fail your classes, i'm sure it's fine. Try not to stress either way.
